Responsibilities:

Formulation of Treatment

• Develop and implement Physical Rehabilitation Plans for patients with disabilities.
• Collaborate with Ortho-Prosthetists for individual treatment plans, including non-gait training for specific conditions like SCIP and CP.
• Assist in patient assessments, diagnosis, and provide counseling on treatment options.

Pre- and Post-Device Treatment

• Conduct pre-device procedures, including bandaging, dressing, and exercises.
• Manage post-device care such as weight-bearing training and muscle strengthening.
• Educate patients on limb hygiene, exercises, and device care.

Gait and Functional Training

• Oversee gym activities and conduct gait/functional training following WHO/ISPO guidelines.
• Assist with alignment and troubleshooting of P&O devices to ensure patient satisfaction.

Role Specific requirement

• Provide P&O-related physical rehabilitation services following CF, WHO, and ISPO guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum qualification required:

• Education: DPT or Master’s in Orthopedic Manual/Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
• Career Level: 1 year in the relevant field (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
