Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Meet annual targets for Donations and Zakat.
• Develop relationships with corporate and individual donors.
• Network with international donors for grants and projects.
• Explore new partnerships and projects.
• Organize fundraising events and conduct market research.

Event Planning & Execution

• Build associations with corporates and donor agencies.
• Arrange and participate in disability-related events and seminars.

Marketing Communication Strategy

• Develop and oversee communication strategies.
• Advise digital marketing team.

Brand Awareness

• Ensure sustainability through fundraising.
• Facilitate advocacy and awareness platforms.
• Manage donor engagement systems.
• Reach out to influencers and celebrities for brand awareness.

Role Specific requirement

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum qualification required:

• Master’s Degree in Business Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in an NGO setting is preferable.
